Phase 3 Completed

Phase 3 – Pattern Store and Plantation Shop – are now completed and ready for rent, with less than a third of the units still available.

In Plantation Store, a fully disabled accessible building, with ground floor units accessed from the pathway in front and the first floor units being accessed by the internal lift leading to the rear walkway there are 2 units left:

  • Unit 3 on the ground floor, with a nett area of 625 sqft and a monthly rent of £833.54 (inc service charge)
  • Unit 6 on the first floor, with a nett area of 665 sqft and a monthly rent of £886.62 (inc service charge)

In Pattern Shop the units are over 3 floors with the lower ground floor and unit D being fully disabled accessible.  There is a lower ground floor entrance at the front of the building and a ground floor entrance at the rear of the building.  There are 4 units remaining:

  • Unit B on the lower ground floor, with a nett area of 617 sqft and a monthly rent of £822.06 (inc service charge)
  • Unit D on the ground floor, with a nett area of 769 sqft and a monthly rent of £1025.79 (inc service charge)
  • Unit E on the ground floor, with a nett area of 764 sqft and a monthly rent of £1018.61 (inc service charge)
  • Unit H on the first floor, with a nett area of 791 sqft and a monthly rent of £1054.48 (inc service charge)

Each unit has its own toilet and kitchenette and are fully carpeted and internet ready.  The Pattern Shop also has a meeting room area that can be booked free of charge, a shower for those who might fancy running or cycling to work and a separate toilet next to the shower room.
